To save you time:

Strongest class in the game: Assassin.
Strongest weapon in the game: Sniper Rifle.
Second strongest weapon in the game: Heirloom rifle.
Best rune: Passive Repair (+10 armor per second)
Best movement ability: Soar (Flying)
Best defensive ability: Whatever gives you wallhacks.
Best attacking ability.. Idk.. A Turret? Whatever fits your taste.

-"Does weapon rarity matter?": No. Not that much. Grey Slug Rifle is still a Slug Rifle. Still a great gun.

Try to craft a gun as early as possible. Try to keep your armor at 100%. Get an elevation advantage whenever you can. Bind your abilities to your mouse.
Idk, that's basically it. Everything else is not as important.
Ah, also, check out class configurations.


p.s. What I personally would change in the game if I could, is I wouild reduce the damage dealt by ALL weapons by like 50%, and then increase bullet travel speed by ~15%. Game then should become more enjoyable and less frustrating.

Why the ♥♥♥♥ no MAC support anymore?????

80% of my deaths were related to bugs. Server restarts, some keys stop working - you're dead. Some items (like ammo) glitch out, and stop working - you're dead. (How hard can it be to not make items to frikking buggy, devs?? Why is it that other game developers never had problems with it? You had SO MANY YEARS to fix this!!!) Pretty dissapointing for a game, where taking basic loot, required for NORMAL PLAY may take up to 4+ hours of real time play.

Game is also incredibly imbalanced. What's the point of getting top tier loot, if one wolf can KILL you in 2 bites, even if you are on FULL health?

On highly populated servers (the ONLY place in the game where it can at least SOMETIMES be fun to play), everything is looted 95% of the time, so you may even end up simply dying from dehydration, cause there was no water around/no loot, reqiured to get clean water. Yeah, that happened to me as well.

Game isn't even about INTERACTION with other players either, which is weird for a multiplayer open-world game. In my experience, about 60% of the players don't even use the microphone, and out of the 40% which do - half will just kill you on sight, because they are bored to not ever see anything happen.

Pretty dissapointing to run around for 4,5,6 hours, and then just die due to a bug, or an animal bite. I have played this game for 10 hours, and I really want to return it now.. The problem is that steam will only allow you to return a game, if you played it for less than 2 hours. And trust me, in DayZ, in 2 hours you may not even see a SINGLE SOUL, even on full servers.

0/10, don't buy it, the game is a total waste of your time, nerves, and money.
