If reality only exists when "observed", and the "observer" is part of reality, then "observation" requires the "observer" to already exist. As such if the "observer" only exists because reality exists, then reality cannot exist without the "observer", who cannot exist without reality. Thus neither can be first, and existence becomes dependent on something that cannot exist without it.
