I'd suggest looking into the CEF GPU crash recovery logic — even after internally setting "Disabling GPU acceleration: Disabled/CrashCount", the GPU process keeps respawning and eventually kills the UI. A proper fallback to software rendering would prevent this for users with incompatible Vulkan drivers.
