Full of cheaters. Some issues have been known for more than 10 years. If it were really about the community, there would be efforts to address these problems (hit registration, anti-cheat system, better servers, maps, game modes, and much more). Instead, this is clearly being actively ignored. Valve is simply acting based on economic success, and the community is being ignored. This is economically understandable, but it doesn't make the game any better. One year after release and we get a major update - more weapon skins you can pay for. thanks.
