I like the new graphics of the game, but I am stuck on the first level on the game. I would rather play the classic episode 4 instead.

I like the game to an extend, like the new animations and announcements, but for some reason I like Theme Hospital more. The game is to fast pace. Like everything moves so fast and I miss shouting the rodents with the shotgun. I like the idea to switch between hospitals. I is a nice game to play.
