Disclaimer - As of right now Arma 3 is a mier shell of what Arma 2 was, there is a lack of content with copy and pasting taking a priority. The game mechanics have been revised and they are better. However I wouldn't spend my money on this go buy arma 2 and its dlc, the game might change later if the devs actually create content but for now use your money some where else.
