Recept na segedínsky guláš

Bravčové mäso umyjeme a nakrájame na kocky. Na olej dáme nakrájanú cibuľu, orestujeme na nej mäso,aby sa zatiahlo, osolíme a dáme mletú červenú papriku. Keď je mäso zatiahnuté, podlejeme vodou a dusíme do polomäkka.


Potom pridáme kvasenú kapustu a dodusíme do mäkka.



Do pohára dáme smotany, pridáme hladkú múku,dôkladne zamiešame a nakoniec pridáme do gulášu. Necháme,aby segedínsky guláš prešiel varom a odstavíme.



Podávame s knedľou. Dobrú chuť.
