Always contributes vigorously to the efforts of the team, whether as a leader or a team member. Understands own weaknesses ond others’ strengths and goes to the right people for help. Sympathetically helps others to address their weaknesses. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. kennyS accepts criticism cheerfully, and uses criticism productively to develop own abilities and skills. When ideas are challenged by others, kennyS listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position.
