Everything has been downgraded since Flatout 2. The physics, AI, damage model, graphics, and the tracks. Just play Flatout 2 if you want a cool old racing game. The reason I have such little time on this game is that it isn't enjoyable. I've played Flatout 2 since it was on PS2, and this game doesn't rival it.

I will write a full review later, but I wanted to get a quick review out now to boost this game's positive feedback that it so much deserves! Wonderful city builder. As quoted by so many other people "Everything you wanted SimCity 2013 to be but wasn't." I am a big MAXIS fan, ever since the first Sim game, and still am, but, this game has outdone SimCity 2013. 10/10 Great game!
