Hilarious strategic game to play with friends. Art is absolutely fantastic and the RPG elements are really entertaining.
The different characters and win conditions makes each game different from the last.

For the past year my top game would definitely be "Crusader Kings II" for the PC. Simply put, it's a grand strategy game where you strive to conquer Europe through military and diplomatic warfare.

The game has a serious learning curve, but with a few tutorials it comes together eventually. It has a great community, and if you're mildly interested in grand strategy games, the demo on Steam is definitely worth a try.

Nothing is more satisfying than inheriting a large kingdom through a multi-generational plan involving series of assassinations, while simultaneously fighting off your religious enemies and enacting your masterfully designed eugenics program (to produce the perfect heir).
