After days of contacting Ubisoft support, they can't get to the bottom of my issue with the game crashing when trying to connect to or host an online game of UNO. They clearly have no idea why it's broken, and other people seem to have the same issue. Ended up requesting a refund as I don't intend to play it solo against AIs.
