Game should have been like it is right now, on release. Even tho it still has some bugs, it is a very enjoyable experience, with a kinda short main story, but lots of excellent side quests to make up for that and an open world, that invites you to explore Night City and the surrounding area.
9.5/10 because of still existing bugs, without that it would be a 10/10

We don't have to talk about day/year 1 performance, but as of now/late 2022 (when I played through the game), I really like Cyberpunk for what it is, even if it still has some bugs. The gunplay / general combat is pretty fun, with lots of weapons and cyberware to choose from, and there are many good story-missions and side-quests.

While the main story is pretty short, there are a lot of really well made side-quests to expand upon it and really make the game stand out. The open world is atmospheric and invites the player to explore everything Night City has to offer.

So overall I'd give Cyberpunk 2077 a 9.5/10, as there are still some bugs every now and then (10/10 without that), that might make you save and reload, NPCs spawning in, like they were sitting in a car, but there was no car. So none really game breaking, but still worth mentioning, if you are thinking of buying.

I am nevertheless really looking forward to the DLC, but am probably not gonna make the mistake of pre-ordering again, even tho I really really hope, that CD Project learned their lesson from this one and actually take the time they need, this time around...
