RE9 is the pinnacle of everything a AAA game should be, smooth, innovative, insanely detailed and jaw-droppingly beautiful at all times, characters you love, a story that makes you care about what will happen to them, a touching ending... simply incredible.

It's worth playing for the unique funny moments, items, and the "possession" mechanic. Gameplay-wise it's very similar to Lethal Company. The biggest issue is item durability: They break at the lightest touch and you end up losing the majority of your items' value in transit. While it's a cool idea and encourages teamwork, it drained all my motivation to search for loot and makes one-player-left runs kinda hopeless. However, you also have the ability to throw unlimited flashbangs and land mines at your friends in the shop area :D so I'll give it a 9/10

A very cool classic shooter, in there with Half-Life or Far Cry.
FYI, F.E.A.R. has problems with starting and framerate: to fix these, put steam.exe and dinput8.dll into the game directory, and it fixes them!!!

EDIT: 10 Hours later, and it refuses to start again for no reason. So yeah, just pirate it. The pirated version actually works.

EDIT 2: Now it works again.

Silksong is just the type of game that will never, ever be replicated. This moment - I fell so deep into Hollow Knight. I remember running back to my room, every spare second I had, never giving it up for a moment for how entranced I was, how immersed in it's beauty and it's melancholic grandeur. It's a feeling I've rarely had in any game before or since. But for years, I knew Team Cherry would be able to do it again. I had faith, every single second along the way. But it became more than that. For years, Silksong became a part of my life. I don't think a day went by that I didn't think about it. That I didn't mention it among my fellow friends, draw another Hornet artwork, check the Daily Silksong News. Silksong was ever on the horizon throughout the entirety of High School for me, and after that. No other game will ever take that place.

And it's with those years and years and hundreds of hours of hopes and dreams and sheer love and passion for what Team Cherry has done, I am so, so happy to say, it's everything I thought it was. Not hype anymore, but a beautiful, immersive, amazing world just like the one I entered 5 years ago. Even if I had never played Hollow Knight, I would have still recognized that this will be one of the best games ever made from the sheer beauty of it's artwork, music, characters, and movement. It's simply beyond words, all I can say is: Thank you so, so much. To Team Cherry, to the community, to everyone else who waited with me. I want to cry. Thank you.

"You've played an additional 79 hours". Awards nominations wanted me to edit a review. So I'll take the opportunity to say this: Silksong has continued to feel just like Hollow Knight, on every level. Even things that should be negative are cast in a new light because it's like reliving Hollow Knight, new frustrations that remind me of old frustrations that matured into a love for all things Hollow Knight, and will again for all things Silksong.

VRChat is just an inherently cool concept, and super customizable: You can harness unity to make environments or avatars, and plop them into a multiplayer framework. Worlds are built on it. Also, through only a few days, I've been able to meet and talk with people from all over the world, in many cases, the first time I'd met someone from that country. You can learn a lot through random interaction. Of course, many people you meet will be very weird, but don't be scared off. It's a part of life and there's a lot of cool people too.

Your library is not complete without Selaco!!! It's a super unique title with smart enemies, frenetic gunplay, and an excessive amount of satisfying environmental detail and destruction. The voice acting and music are also amazing, and it has some of the best community outreach I've seen in a game so far. And the devs continue with massive and exciting overhauls, updates, and a passion for attention to details and dynamics that make it extraordinarily satisfying.

It's clever, creative, and hilarious the entire way through. There's a reference every 5 minutes, funny jabs at every corner, and despite playing like OneShot's goofy cousin, it gets surprisingly deep in some places. It's also free, small, and short!
