Verwarm de grill in de oven voor op 220°C
De pompoensoep:

Verwijder de schil en pitten van de pompoen.
Snijd het vruchtvlees in stukken van 1x1 centimeter.
Schil de zoete aardappelen en snijd ze in stukken van 1x1 centimeter.
Pel en snipper de ui, pel en hak de knoflook.
Rasp de gember.
Verwarm een ruime pan met een scheut olie.
Fruit hierin de ui, knoflook, gember en kerrie.
Voeg de pompoen en aardappel toe.
Bak dit kort mee zodat ze aan alle kanten bedekt zijn met het kerriemengsel.
Schenk 1,5 liter water erbij.
Rasp de schil van de citroen en sinaasappel erbij en roer door.
Breng aan de kook.
Voeg de groentebouillonblokjes toe en laat oplossen.
Leg de deksel op de pan en kook de soep in circa 25 minuten gaar.
Pureer met een staafmixer de soep glad.
Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
