Considering how much this game still costs, how old it is, and how many things feel wrong with it, I can’t for the life of me recommend it to new players. It has not aged well and is owned by a very greedy, self‑centered company. It marked the death of the fandom and helped set the stage for graphics over story, complacently killing all hope for a game as unique, engaging, and fun as the original Watch_Dogs.

A super wholesome game! It’s really refreshing to find a community that is not only super friendly but continues to grow. The game is simple and relaxing; the only stressful aspect is how quickly some players can type.

If I could recommend some changes, I’d love to see a new bait mechanic that lets you target fish you haven’t caught yet. It would also be great to add mod support, since many of the bugs I’ve encountered seem to stem from mods. A safer save system would be appreciated as well!

God I miss OW1

Great to see this on Steam! The new changes are a step in the right direction, but I feel there is still a lot left to fix. It’s nothing like the web version and is still missing most of the playability.

Ranking up still feels like pulling teeth, which is a big problem because game modes are locked behind ranks for no reason. I just want my no‑move game mode. I don’t see why that needs to be locked behind the gold rank and only available in competitive.

I hope to see more quality changes like this to really make this version of the game something special.

I love this game, I only wish it had more to do!

The graphics are nice, but its as (if not more) buggy as 3 and 4. I also love how bad the auto save is, makes for a lovely mix with the multiplayer.
