Did you know it's illegal to say "Elon Musk and his jet landed in San Jose, California five hours ago"? Completely illegal. Of course it isn't illegal for me to say it now, I'm just giving you a public service announcement that it's illegal to say that. But what would be illegal would be for me to say "I want you to kill Elon Musk in San Jose tonight". But what wouldn't be illegal would be for me to say "with a rocket launcher", because that's its own sentence. What would be worse though would be to say that the best place to fire one would be from the roof of 88 E San Fernando.
