Very fun, but chaotic and fast paced game where the primary game mode, called "Cash Out", requires 3 teams of 3 to fight for a box of cash to successfully deposit it and gain score. Large open map, everything is destructible. Gunplay is very solid and movement feels clean. Some weapons, such as the flamethrower and automatic shotgun feel a bit overpowered at the time of this writing, but overall a very good experience. Best played with friends, as solo play isn't the most enjoyable. If playing solo, expect to have to carry your auto matched team.

The announcer and music add so much to this game, and makes it feel that much more competitive. The battle pass is a tad annoying and hard to get without spending money, however everything available in the battle pass and store are cosmetic. All actual gameplay items can be unlocked fairly easily by simply playing the game.

- Gunplay: 8/10
- Movement: 10/10
- Environment: 10/10
- Maps: 9/10
- Destructibility: 10/10
- Sound: 10/10
- Music: 10/10
- Weapons/Equipment: 8/10
- Balance: 8/10

Plate up is a great time killer. Bored? Got a couple of bored friends? Hop on, fire up that Hob and get to cooking. Not very fun solo, but a very well polished and enjoyable game especially in times of boredom or when your indecisive on what to play.

Early Access Review
I was sitting here going through my old phone backups when I stumbled across some of my screenshots and otherwise from Worlds. Here's what I recall, and some news for anyone who's wishing they could've, or could still play it.

To start, worlds was a massively multiplayer game set in third person on a shattered world. You build your skyship and venture out into the sky's, discovering islands and lost parts of the previous civilization. As you continue to build your ship, attaching cannons, and using better engines and materials, you start to run across other players. Likely only seeing them in the distance for now, this was how you first learned you aren't alone in this world.

Eventually, you come across what appears to be a thunderstorm in the form of a wall. A major challenge, but with the right equipment you could make it across. Here, you'll find larger remnants of the prior civilization, and learn more about them. Bigger islands, more resources, and more hostiles. Some AI, some players. Crossing the storm wall is a massive achievement, as when you first see it you're likely nowhere near prepared, and if you try anyway, you're going down with your ship.

From there, you destroy some people, fight off some natural mobs and learn more about ancients past. Eventually, you'll stumble across the sand wall. This was the next big feat, and when you cross it you'll be greated with more hostiles both player and natural, but even more resources, some of them new, some of them old but still ever so nessessary. You'll learn more about civilisations past, maybe even discover their final moments, their biggest cities, and their biggest downfalls. This is where you'll build your skyship to the best it can be, to what you dreamed of it to be, but this is also where you'll face your biggest dangers. During world's time, this was endgame.

The gameplay with the grapple hook, falling from your ship only to quickly recover with it, or fighting off players, or just learning about the people who came before you, and before the world fractured, was all very smooth. The game did have some performance issues, but nowhere near the ones games have today, and if you have even remotely modern hardware you shouldn't struggle here.

You may have also noticed that I've spoken in mostly current tence here. Let's just say there's a group of people like me, who adore and love World's, maybe even cried a little (or like me, a lot) when it closed, and when we see it today. World's may just come back to life, where we'll traverse the skies once more.

If this does in fact happen, you should definitely play it. This game was so much for me, I'd have played 24/7 if I physically could back then. For me, and likely many others, world's wasn't just a game, it wasn't just an adventure. It dug into our souls and we can never, ever forget it.

Overall for me, world's gets an 8/10. TL;DR:
Fun MMO style game with lots of lore that will suck you in, especially when combined with art style and gameplay.
Some performance issues from the past including frame rate drops, or slow render times, both of which should be resolved with the hardware we have today easily. Extremely highly recommended if whats in the works from the community comes true.

The best colony building game out there. Add some simple mods for QoL and it's really good!

I'm going to go as in depth while keeping this short as possible, but heres a quick TL;DR: Rust is a Survival game where its literally kill or be killed. Its incredibly fun and you should buy it, though those who rage easily or have heart conditions should avoid it.

Now to the in-depth part:

In Rust, and I'll quote stevie here, You start off where everyone in Rust does. As a naked, on the beach.
You'll awaken with two incredibly important tools. A rock, and a torch. Depending on the day you decide to join a given server, you'll either be ruthlessly murdered by another rock, or ruthlessly murdered by a roof camper with an AK-47 and an L9 sniper rifle, or you'll walk forward into the forest.

It is at this time, when you enter the forest, that your adventure begins. You'll use your Rock to hit a tree, and then you'll use your Rock to hit a giant stone boulder with sparkly bits on it. Then, you can advance ever so slightly. You can then build a Stone Hatchet, and a Stone Pickaxe. You'll then throw your rock at a fellow naked and hopefully not be murdered by a spear.

Presuming you survive the ruthlessness of the naked with a spear, you'll then craft your own spear, now you have a weapon.

You'll gather 4 to 7 thousand wood, and a few thousand stone, and you'll build a 2x2 hut out of twigs using a blueprint and hammer. You'll immediately upgrade that 2x2 twig hut to either Wood or Stone, as well as place your Tool Cobard. This small hut has now become your home, possibly forgetting to upgrade the foundations of your hut from twig, and thus being raided as you roam the world.

Assuming you are not me and do not forget to upgrade your foundations to stone or better, you'll return home with the supplies you've gathered farming, and begin the start of honeycomb on the outside of your base, perhapse you get creative and attempt to make a bunker. Hopefully you've found some cloth while you were out so you can make some clothes and a bow and arrows.

You'll then run the 7 kilometer's it'll take you to get to Water Treatment, and begin smacking barrels and looting crates. If you're lucky, you'll find a Revolver. The first of many weapons you'll find in the ruined world you now live in.

You'll immediately return to base, place down a Tier 1 workbench and a Research Bench, then research the Revolver and the ammo which comes inside it. Now, you stand a slight chance.

You'll farm sulfur, and metal. Eventually upgrading your Hut into a base, the core of which is made of sheet metal and the exterior honeycomb stone, effectively disguising your base as a starter stone base, hopefully, but not likely, making your base look less desirable to raid, but also adding much needed armor to it, making it much harder to raid without rockets. Maybe you'll even add a pancake-layer to your roof.

Next, you'll find a green card, or use one you found before, from a gas station or supermarket, maybe even a lighthouse. You'll find a fuse, and a radsuit, and find a puzzle room which accepts your keycard, requiring that fuse. This will be your first taste of real loot, possibly even giving you an SMG or Rifle of some kind.

And that's all I'm going to spoil for you, the rest is up to you, to start your own adventure through the forests and ruins of an island. If all of this sounds good to you, you'll love Rust, as I do. Its a great game with lots of gameplay, and a very steep learning curve. It doesn't hold your hand, only offering the most basic of ingame tips. It expects you to learn on your own, and while I'm unable to play much now (R.I.P SSD), I love Rust. Its been my favorite game over the last few years, just remember, if you see another player, you get to make a choice, in a split second. Spare them, maybe become friends and fight through the world together, or murder them, take their things, and possibly make an enemy who will come back for revenge.

Overall ratings:
Gameplay: 9/10 - Weapon recoil is actually cancerous, and game crashes are more existant then you'd hope, while Raiding and PVP make the game incredibly thrilling, as even a bowman can take down a fully geared AK user.
Graphics: 8/10 - Doesn't support Ray Tracing on RTX series cards, and sometimes graphics can look ugly or obscure you.
Building: 9/10 - Overall good, though having to hold right click and manually select the material to upgrade to is a hassle, but you get used to it over time and eventually quite good at it.
Map generation: 10/10 - Overall terrain looks very natural, and is absolutely beautiful to look at.
Crafting: 5/10 - The least fun yet also least noticable part of this game. You click a button and wait on a timer to craft items. I feel this could be done better, especially being on PC.
Gunplay: 9/10 - As mentioned above, weapon recoil is quite odd, but is overall satisfying. Weapons make crispy noises and every round feels like an adrenaline rush.

Overall score: 8/10 - While Rust has many flaws, they're greatly overcome with the absolutely amazing experience the game offers overall, even with its steep learning curve. Every time you enter combat, be it with a Wolf, a Bear, another player, or a raid, its pure adrenaline. Its a thrill and a rush that you cannot experience in any other game. Absolutely pick this up.

Where do I start,

First up, I LOVE RoR2. I got it on sale because a friend begged me to play it, I didn't know how I felt about it, just looking at it. Not gonna lie, it looked..... boring....

However,
After purchasing the game, having some friends teach me how to play (somehow without spoiling much), I began to enjoy it. Today, while my friends were playing a Monsoon run, I played a Rainstorm run solo, and my god, I've never in my life enjoyed a challenge this much. Here's a breakdown of the game as I know it thus far:

- Items in crates that are randomized is surprisingly fun. RNG can either make your day, or totally screw you, adding to the challenge.
- Many characters to unlock and chose from
- Many gearsets for each character that you can unlock by completing challenges for that character!
- Not too difficult to learn
- Game doesn't hold your hand, like, at all. I really like this, where normally I would perfer some hand holding, but not too much.
- Incredibly good graphics once you're playing. Watching videos does not do it justice.
- Amazing to play with friends
- Amazing boss battles that leave you feeling challenged and successful!
- And so much more that I really can't explain without spoiling the game

The cons:
Honestly, there aren't many of these.

- Some bosses can one shot you every time, and while I enjoy this challenge, I feel it should be a two shot, instead.
- The magma worm boss feels kinda dull
- I feel there could be more you could do with equipment
- And a few more, that I again can't say without spoiling the game.

All in all, this game is WELL worth the 25 dollars it asks for, and personally, I'd have paid AAA prices for this game. Yes, I mean that, I would've happily paid 60 dollars for this game. I highly recommend it, to anyone, at really any age over like 14. Theres not a ton of gore (if any) and is a truely challenging game! However, I would not recommend this to anyone who has any form of anger issues when gaming. For example, if you have a tendency to slam your mouse down, hit your desk, keyboard, etc, this game WILL make you do that. It's brutal, sometimes.

Again, its amazing! Give it a shot!

CS:GO Review
Loot boxes are really just cosmetic, entire game is available for free with intense competitive matchmaking. Cheaters get VAC'd 99% of the time I see them, realistic damage, easy to run (thanks to source engine)
