I have never played another game that can even come close to matching the highs and lows of this. Tarkov will kick you in the balls repeatedly, spit on your body as you writhe in agony, and then laugh at your stupidity. But despite that, you'll come crawling back for more regardless, since it feels absolutely amazing when things go well. The game might be a buggy, unoptimized, piece of ♥♥♥♥, but it is OUR buggy unoptimized piece of ♥♥♥♥.

Schizo autism game

Legendary team of amateur devs pulling this game back from the dead, working to acquire the rights from King ,and now remaking it with a fresh coat of paint. I have great childhood memories of this game and it feels great to play again.

The infantry combat overhaul is quite good in my opinion and does a good job at moving reinforcing what Squad is about - teamwork.

After the most recent update, I am changing my review back to a positive one. The devs have done a good job of working to address many of the issues the community brought up. While they are not fully addressed, it is an excellent start and I hope the devs can keep it up.
