I'm going to try and not make this a rambling review, as I'm writing this after just getting the fourth ending.
I have currently completed two playthroughs of this game. My first ending was three. Without getting into details, it made me start my second playthrough as soon as the menu screen popped back up again. I just couldn't leave this universe that Cavemanon made up. The art, animation, story, the characters...and that damn gator girl. It didn't take me long to get invested.
This game had the power to bring me back to my highschool days. Almost longing for them. To do things better or differently. The friends I would hangout with through the years. I've never had a game make me feel *THIS* strongly about the story and its characters.

I've been recommending this game to some of my other friends as well. It just something that *NEEDS* to be played and shared and experienced.

If this and "Snoot Game" are signs of Cavemanon wanting to make more games, please, do it. If this is how you write your stories, produce your music and draw you art; I need more of it. This game has moved its way up to have a special place in my collection of games. I can already tell that I'll come back to it and play it over again just to stay in touch with this colorful cast of dinos.

To sum it up, please, try out this game. Don't even worry about going for the best ending. Just play it and experience it.

Its going to be a long time before I even come close to beating this game. With 25 hours into the game so far and exploring about 50% of the map, this game has truly been an amazing thing. I haven't dealt with any of the frame rate issues that others are having, but I do hope that's something that gets fixed soon for others so more people can enjoy this game without issue.
The difficulty is there like any other Souls/Borne game, but with the freedom of being able to go anywhere and explore anywhere within reason allows players to make a lot out of their character. This is one of the first FromSoft games where I really want to delve into the magic and incantations to add to my character instead of making just a Str/Dex build and slamming enemies around.
This game won't be for everyone, even people who've played previous FromSoft games. The freedom to the game is also double-bladed. For how big the game is and no very direct path, that can overwhelm some players. There is a form of guidance to help you along, but there's still a lot that's going on with this game that can just be too much for some people who like a bit more linear to their game play. If you can make it past the true openness to this game and take in the enemies and environments, you will be truly amazed. There have been areas that have left me astonished. Enemies that have made my mouth drop or have said "nope" and telling myself "I'll take care of that later".
I don't know where my hours will be when completing my first playthrough, but I'm excited for the journey and can't wait to explore every inch of this game.

Edit: Coming back a couple months later and still enjoying this game. Excited for any up incoming DLC that'll be for Elden Ring. The already big world can just keep getting bigger.

Even with the EA Play Trial I could barely bring myself to play this game. I still have about 9 hours and 30 minutes left to use on it but I'd rather play Battlefield: Hardline. That's how bad this game is.

Multiplayer right now has been an enjoyment for me. Some small complaints but nothing that has stopped me from wanting to play more. Very excited for the Campaign and hope to spend a lot of my hours into it.

I'll start with saying I'm nowhere near endgame content. Been jumping through other servers to find the place that fits. I enjoy this game very much and honestly something I hope gets a lot more support down the road. There's some small issues and items that need to be fixed and also added to the game; there seems to be a lot of Journal Entries that are not even in the game. Its not a game breaking thing, but I like collecting the lore and seeing more of the world that's created in this game.
I mentioned earlier that I jumped through some servers here and there to find the one that fits. To go more on that, this game seems to attract some toxic players. Since PvP is the main focus of the game, it attracts egotistical people who think they're so good when fighting other players. This adds an almost mob mentality how Company's (the games Guilds/Clans) react with the Global chat. When a war happens, the ending results can make the Global chat filled with the two Factions just yelling at each other and honestly just made me want to mute the entire chat. I don't like that so much because its an MMORPG. I want to react with the other players. But when everyone is just screaming and trolling chat, it gets a little annoying.
Another reason why you'd want to find a good server, is at the time of writing this review, the entire economy is player ran. You want a well rounded player base who you can trade with and also post decent priced items on the Trading Post. But if you just want to grind out levels and PvP, then any server will fit your needs.
Its still fairly young, but I hope Amazon keeps up with it and makes the game even better going down the road. Its like an alternate version of RuneScape and that's something that instantly attracted me to the game. If I'm not questing or PvPing, I can set up goals on how to increase my Trade Skills.
For $40 with no subscription and it being a decently sized MMORPG, I'd say its worth it. Try it with friends or try exploring the world solo.

A nice take back to earlier RPGs. Totally worth picking up.

For everyone that is reviewing this game poorly. The game is free and a prologue.
This is easily just a quick game to show the concept of what the main game would be.

10/10 Would Fall Again.

That aside, the game is fun. It eventually would be something I'd get tired of, but never drop completely. I didn't see it on the Store page, but the game does have an in-game currency you can spend money on to help unlock cosmetics in the store. Not sure how I feel about that, but hey. Its just cosmetics. Haven't done any Party Play yet, but I'm sure it'll be just as fun.

For $20, this is a super fun party game and I highly recommend it.

Its pretty addictive, but in a good way.

Its all the Halo games as they were meant to be played. Truly a sight I never thought would happen.
