We need ourselves a remaster of this gem.

Great game to get a hold of, especially during sales with the numerous DLC's. They are not a must have but they amplify the experience so to say. I have recently gotten back into it and I can without doubt still say that I enjoy this game. From playing stealth to Loud. Grinding EXP is now also fun with the Crime Spree update that they added in since I took my break.

Amazing game for those who want competition and enjoy skill based FPS. Hard to grind all the characters but definitely not pay to win. My most favourite game over the year.

I see this game as very competitve and skill based. This is not a game for just having fun and fooling around. It's a game for those who want a PVP shooting game where skill is basically everything.
You will only win by putting countless of hours into the game, Learning the weapons, the maps and cars and everything.

Very good game!
I see it as a game just for entertainment but it can also be a game where you test your skills.
Starting off the game is very easy to learn but extremely hard to master.

I would love if they merged their trading with steam instead of having an ingame trading system.
I also recommend you using a controller. While it's not a big deal to use keyboard and mouse it is definitely easier and better to use a control even if you usually don't.

So i think that i've played this game enough to write abit about it.
I have reached level 40 on a Siren and i'm aiming to get to 72 before starting with Pre-Sequel.
They really made this game a succes. It's very comfortable to play and has really nice and fun functions to it. For an example: The element system which makes your guns able to shoot out different elements and sorts of damage. There are Fire/Lightning/Explosive/Corrosive/Slag (I think thats all.) and all of the elements are more effective against different enemies. Slag is good against anything though as it makes the enemy take more damage when they have the slag effect.

i must say that the game has a very odd look to it. It felt really old when i started playing it (On Ps3). But now that i've played it for a while and bought it on pc as well i now think its a unique thing about the game.
The gameplay is very fun and it makes you feel really good about your character even in early game (Especially if you aquire early game legendaries).

There's alot of variations of builds you can do on each character by adding certain guns and playing around with the skilltree.
You can also reset your skilltree for abit of ingame money. So you don't have to be as careful as you have to be in other games where you have skilltrees. ''♥♥♥♥ i pressed the wrong skill and am now unable to proceed with the build.''

Sentences like that doesnt exist in borderlands 2.

And if you get it be sure to get it with a friend. That makes it so much better when you can talk and laugh about the story and the Npc's which are really fun to just listen to.
The game is very comedy filled. There's nowhere to go without a really weird joke or a sentence spoken by a Npc.

And if you want to enjoy it even more be sure to pick up the vault hunter modes which lets you level up even more.

I got all of the DLC's and i have to try them all. But i'll save them for a higher level which should make it more interesting if there are special dlc weapons that are able to drop.

I'll make another review when i get to level 60+ But this is all i have for now,
I REALLY recommend to buy the GOTY Edition which lets you play two more characters and unlocks higher levels and more dlc's.

I would easily be able to buy this for double price.

The game is great, much better than the normal Dead island. The graphics are amazing especially inside the jungle. The character creating is really interesting to look through as every single one has their own skill tree.
I'm waiting for Dead Island 2 to come out since this game was definitely one of my year favourites. I bought it during a sale but it's still fairly cheap for about 15 euros. The game is very similar to the borderlands seires and i think players that have played the Borderlands series definitely should check it out.

Really nice game. I love the way you play it. I can sometime get stuck when i zoom out so i'm only able to see the roof and not the inside but otherwise i've had no bugs or anything. the game is kind of addicting when you play it actually. I'm hyped for the second one XCOM 2.
The graphics are really nice and even without the dlc its really fun to play.

i was waiting for the game to come on sale for a few months and i bought it right when it did. This stealth game is just wonderful, i think its a must have if you like the stealth genre. The story is great and they did throw in some jokes here and there. It looks amazing and the controls feels great. If you're interested in stealth games but haven't played one this is definitely great to start of with.
