I played on 4060TI, I5-10400F, 16 Ram.
I pre-ordered the game with the Ultimate Edition a week before early access, it turned out to be expensive, take it at a discount!
The game was completed in 3 days, in sessions of 11 + hours per day), 27.01.2026 - 30.01.2026, for a total of 36 hours, for all available endings.

1. The plot
I liked it, it doesn't affect the plot from the First Code Vein in any way, it's more like an extension of the ent related to Revenants and Humans.
There are interesting plot twists towards the end of the story.
There are 3 Endings in the game, everything will start with the worst (The players from the First Code Vein do not worry, they go sequentially after each other, NG+ is not required).

2. Technical information
Unreal Engine 5, with all its disadvantages, fortunately, on the very first day an optimization mod was released on the Nexus (Be sure to install it!), the Cutscenes are also locked at 30 Fps, (the unlock mod is on the Nexus).
The game was hitting 100% of the processor, while the video card was loaded by 30-50%, which is why there were freezes in the open world when changing locations (From 5-15 seconds), with FPS dropping to ~10-20, and because of all this, my SoundPad, in which I listen to music, was dying, I have 17 thousand hours in it (I have already encountered 100% CPU load and it also froze).
The average FPS was ~40-60.
There were no Softlocks or critical bugs.
If you play on Low graphics settings, you will have missing or slightly polygonal textures for some NPCs and bosses, including plot ones (This is the case when a two-polygon mask of the plot boss looks at you), and shadows will be absent, because of this there will be harsh over-lighting.
NG+ is missing after the last neutral and best ending, which takes away important loot and Blood Codes from us (at the time of writing 31.01.26), it is only after the first one.

3. General opinion
An open world - Elden Ring Like: means a large location with, sometimes, randomly placed loot, BUT the quantity improvements for flasks are shown on the map as blue dots, unlike the Boosts that are not shown, you will need to look at the map and look for round buildings (Regeneration Towers).
I caught some kind of unrealistic vibe, listening to all the cutscenes and delving into the plot, based on the experience of the first CV, I tried to immediately reach the best ending, closing all plot activities, which is why the game was almost closed for 100% achievements.
The lack of Co-op also has a very negative effect. My friend and I adore CO-op in such games (Code Vein, DS 1, DS 2, DS 3, Elden Ring, and so on), because doing ANY ♥♥♥♥ in such games is unrealistically fun and mega replayable (Once, a friend's storyline broke in DS1 Anal Rodeo, he downloaded cheats to to try to fix it by flying back and forth on a Noсlip, or when in DS3 he told me about an "existing" invisible bridge that was not where he ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pointed out, I flew down like a bag of ♥♥♥♥. For the sake of such situations, a co-op is needed).
The character editor is better than in the First game, my friend also appreciated it.

Final opinion: I repeat, it's definitely not worth taking the full price (For the Ultimate Edition - 2,599₴ ~ 60 $), because the main gameplay is ABOUT 40-60 hours, expect big discounts, the red price of the game is somewhere 10-20 $.

Прекрасно подходит для тех, у кого есть друзья.

Для меня SoundPad попал в локальную номинацию "Лучшая Вайфу этого Аниме". В любой не понятной ситуации он, скорее всего, БУДЕТ поставлен на мой компудахтер.
История начинается с моего старого компьютера (GT 430, Pentium Dual Core E6300 и 4ГБ ОЗУ), которому на момент написания обзора (31.01.26) стукнуло ~16лет.
Музыку слушать хотелось, а открывать тот же браузер или ALT+TAB было подписанием смертного договора для всей системы, в связи с чем в мою больную голову пришла не менее больная идея - Слушать песни прямиком из него, благо Бинды на почти весь необходимый функционал в виде переключения песен и изменения громкости были как раз кстати.
На текущий момент, у меня на Харде скопилось ~6800 песен, общим весом ~40ГБ)
