Game is ok, a recent patch fixed some things, including a combo that allows you to fly faster, in a game where your stamina is already quite limited, and places have MMO levels of distance between them, this was a nice bug to have.
Much like with other single player games, if I see a dev look at their list of issues, and before fixing the rest they ask "Ok, so which bugs are fun and how do we remove those first" I understand that the devs aren't really interested in making a good game, they want to make a product and screech in rage that it's being used wrong,. For that reason I can't in good faith give them a good review, because I don't trust them to move forward in a rational way, with the consumer's satisfaction in mind

Fun, though I haven't gotten far or much in depth with it. I think it's worthy of trying for free when you can, and if you like it, you can justify buying a skin by telling yourself you're supporting the devs in doing so, it's how I do it :P

It's been fun to me so far, I imagine it will continue to be so, and based on my time in Hollow Knight I feel confident in saying it will

First thing first, while made by the people who made The Stanley Parable, this isn't a successor to it in any way (Unless the story really changes gears after about 40 minutes of gameplay)
From what I can tell, if you work a job that has burnout as a real serious issue this game might speak to you, but for me it just doesn't hit at all. A game about letting go (brought up with a very heavy hand), but the core goals are for the main character to do work (And by extension for you to do so), doesn't quite feel great to me.
I don't hate the game, I just do no believe I'll ever continue it.

A fun game, if incomplete (obviously).

I tried the demo and found it fun, so I bought the full game. While some things need to be tuned (Omigod I'm watching my character mill grain for hours) the game has so far been fun and satisfying. And I still haven't explored everything

Mods for the game are also nice, and show potential for customizing the game as you desire (I'm a sucker for adding dragons/dragon kin to any fantasy game that doesn't have them). So I will be looking forward to what is added in the future

Stalker 2 is a game I really want to enjoy, but I just can't. First is the inventory weight, I hear they've patched prices, but it really felt like you needed to pick up everything you can to sell to slowly, painfully get some upgrades that you know you'll probably swap out once you get out of the starting zone.
Humans all die to a headshot, while still being fun since they can shred you back, making that headshot feel rewarding. The wild animals/mutants? Every single one is a bullet sponge, but worse, the vampires are just a miserable experience, a stealthed enemy that runs in a circle then charges you, doing the same attack every time, it's a binary "you backed up and avoided it, while shooting" or "It hits you for massive damage", there's no strategy, no fun to be had, it's just... it dies, you get nothing for it, you almost wish you just reloaded to a point where you weren't searching the area.
Loot is unimpressive as well. Everyone but you is using a broken gun apparently, so you shouldn't loot their weapons, I've found a single upgrade for my jacket, and two helmets that just don't feel that important. It's just... A slightly better balanced version of this game I'd love I think, but everything's tuned to be just slightly unfun

A fun game with at least one truly garbage dlc, I'm mentioning that here in hopes that you don't just buy them all and fall for the same trap as me, read all the reviews

If you're lucky and read this before you buy all the dlcs Beware!
This one just sucks so hard. It's not a simple story, you just deal with being Theresa for ages, wondering "When can I go back to Henry and actually *doing* something rather than being stuck in the past?" you slowly grind through, realizing too late that you've saved in this game mode and would lose so much progress in the main game that you might as well finish it, but there's no reward, no satisfaction, to be gained by success.

I think this ranks up there with one of the worst DLCs I've ever seen

I'd heard good things, but the game feels shallow. Wandering from world to world, all of which as basic as the last.
The ship is more or less just a house with a moving background, other characters are all incredibly generic, and all in all I haven't figured out anything I'd want to do.

I can see how this game could be fun to some people, but It's definitely not for me
