You can thank BHVR for letting Epic try to buy market share. Like 99% of the cheaters are bot-created Epic accounts when it was "free" on their platform and you can't turn off crossplay with only them. Yes it's bad, and the higher your MMR the more "subtle" cheaters you will find. The game balance is dead too, if you want easy wins play survivor, if you're in to CBT play killer.
