Though the advertising says "Mega man" it's more like Mega Man Zero than anything.

That being said, the game has a rock solid foundation when it comes to the gameplay. Punching, dashing, and jumping all feel intuitive and have good feedback. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the swinging mechanic was also done pretty well, it puts the chain rod from MMZ2 to shame honestly. The upgrades and moves you can acquire allow for anyone to suit their own playstyle or just style on enemies.

The soundtrack is a 10/10, the tracks don't stand out at first, but soon the soundtrack will be in your library, as it is in mine. The best way I can describe the music is Synthwave meets Eurobeat meets EDM.

Graphics are well drawn, colorful, and expressive. Enemies, NPCs, and Bosses alike all have a good amount of character to their movements and actions.

There's also a good amount of replay value, with multiple modes, difficulties, and collectibles/upgrades as well as several features tailor made for speedrunning.

Overall, I'd say this is 2D Platforming action at it's best, among those like Mega Man and Shovel Knight. Can't wait for an expansion or sequel for this game.
