REVIEW
--------------

After purchasing this game for the second time I can say that it was definitely worth it. Previously I had been VAC banned on my alternate account of which I no longer use, this account only had the game for a week, however I had accumulated a total of fourty hours played time within just that week, showing how I love the game so much. I was banned for attempting to hack after believing most of the competition were doing so. Might I suggest, this is a seriously stupid idea as the VAC automatically catches you after your game with the hack, It makes you believe you are undetected, however in reality you are and they are just waiting to strike you down with a permanent ban. Luckily for me I had purchased this game within the steam summer sale, so it was only of a low value, therefore I purchased it again after creating a new account, before you judge me and make an assumption that I had been wall hacking or such, I had only downloaded a minimap hack. This allowed me to view where enemy player were, honestly the hack did not even work, but due to it being a blacklisted program I was obviously caught with it running and then banned, I did feel slightly annoyed as to how I was banned instantly but I knew I deserved it. Honestly, there is no point in hacking on this game, many players do it and find themselves getting nowhere. You can play the game all you want with aim hack and wall hack, you know yourself that you are pulling a bad move and you know you are also terrible at the game, but you struggle to believe it because you get good K/D. After all this is blown over and you have got the K/D you wish, you find the game is not fun other than playing competitive. You play competitive and get bored of that, now what? You have done what a normal player would do within four hundred hours played time, in the matter of days. Obtained a good K/D, Good win ratio in Competitive, a few crates that you are not going to open because you believe you could be banned at any moment, you can't qualify for championship games because you know you will be caught out for hacking, get disqualified and then made a shame of. Seriously. Play the game normally, don't waste your money.

The game is perfect for FPS lovers who are very competitive and are looking for a contrast in games, in comparison from FPS games such as Call of Duty and Battlefield, as it provides a unique spin applying a more competitive feel to the genre in general. There is no way of beating the game which is why I, myself love the Counter-Strike series as there is no campaign implemented therefore allowing for an entirely competitive gamestyle. Counter-Strike is unique for its personal system of purchasing crates and keys in order to add a better design to your weapon as well as the game being evolved around competition, which most other FPS games are not usually. Thankfully the purchasing of skins does not provide any advantage, however it does provide a kill counter on your gun which allows you to keep track of the total amount of people you have killed with it, (This is for statrak guns only). I enjoy the fact that you can decide to play many different gamemodes while every single player has the exact same gun, therefore showing how the game is evolved around skill level rather than allowing higher level players to obtain better damage guns, which has been seen in the newly released games such as AW / BF3.

There are a few downsides to the game. Such as the matchmaking system. The matchmaking is not based on the amount of wins to losses a player has had, instead it is more evolved around the level that the player has achieved, therefore players who are extremely good at the game can create what is called a 'smurf' account, where they of course, know the game and have high skill, however are on a new account that is currently level 1, therefore they can obliterate the lower levels that are found within their matchmaking zone. This causes a harder challenge to levelling up in the start, however once reaching competitive games it should swiftly speed up.

Pros
--------
1. The game is a unique FPS in comparison to Call of Duty and Battlefield.
2. The game has a friendly method of introducing profit through the use of skins.
3. The game is in no way possible to be pay to win.
4. Unique game modes and layout within the game itself.
5. Powerful VAC protection prevents a large amount of hackers.

Cons
--------
1. The game's matchmaking value is not successful due to smurf accounts.
2. The aiming sytem is very different in comparison to CoD / BF
3. Competitive allows for team killing which is hard when rushing enemies.
4. Accidental killing in competitive can result in a long term ban.
5. VAC bans are permanent, therefore no mercy even if you intend to never cheat again.

Overall I believe the game is perfect as long as you follow the guidelines and progress in skill level. This way you will be able to avoid team killing as well as improve on your accuracy level if you have recently purchased the game after playing other first person shooters such as Call of Duty or Battlefield as it is much more different. therefore I recommend playing gamemodes such as Arms Race in order to get to know the guns and the different styles of recoil per weapon as the transition from CoD can be difficult in the beginning. Accidental killing is avoidable however impacts your playstyle. For example if you throw an incedinary grenade and a teammate runs onto it on purpose, being a troll player, you could then get a temporary ban for something that you did not intend to do, however to change the chances you get banned, you could not purchase incedinary grenades. This of course impacts your playstyle however prevents you from being punished. In the end, I would recommend the game to anyone and everyone, whether you are into the Call of Duty series, or the Battlefield series. This game improves your awareness as it is much more competitive in comparison to the majority of first person shooter games out there.
