Love the game, but being required to get a PSN account is not acceptable. I will not be playing this game after this takes effect.
Thank you Sony and Arrowhead for making me turn away from such a fun game

DO Not Buy! This game is completely dead. The game controls do not work and there is no one in game lobbies. Waste of money as this game doesnt work in the slightest. So glad I am still able to return it.

This is a great game and has the potential for hundreds of hours of gameplay, or thousands if you are hardcore into gaming. It has been about 6 monthis since I have played, as of writing this review, but it was a very full and complex game. First starting off is very intimidating and hard to get the hang of but it very quickly becomes second nature to use the controls properly. I plan to purchase the Frozen Factory DLC and am happy to pay $15 for it as I fully support this game and its developers who have put in so much time and effort. A highly recomended game if you love complex builds and a very stimulating game with a massive amount of content that is well made and constantly being updated by the Developers.

My only cons for this game are the graphics, light glare and the hitboxes for certain blocks and items.

This is a long review but I hope it helps you make a desicion on weather or not to purchase this game at this stage in developement.

I played this game the day it came out and when I got into the game it was beautiful. The planet was interesting and there was so much to look and and to explore. I had hours of fun walking and flying around the planet getting my money up and working out how to play the game as well as taking in the scenery. I kept playing the game and was very excited to go into space and get to a new system. Exciting as it was in my first few hours it quickly began to fall into the tedium of grinding for resources to get money in order to buyt a nicer ship and to increase my exosuit inventory space. As well, when I got to the new system there was a small checklist in the bottom corner, though it only lasted for a few seconds and I was unable to read it which then left me stranded without any direction on how to progress. I eventually went to the forums on steam to ask for help and after a couple hours of going from location to location I finally found the recipe for antimatter. During this search I was quite upset with the game as I had also run into several bugs that were annoying and required me to save the game, close it down and relaunch it. this was especially annoying when I needed to save and I was very far from a save point and I was getting very low frame rates, this made it very hard to get anywhere as it took a long time. Anyway, after I got my warp drive powered up and went to a system with an atlas stone I went to a planet and began to really notice how similar all the planets were. There was very little variation and it was honestly boring to explore as I had pretty much seen everything there was to see in my first planet of the game. I am currently about 17 hours in and the only goal I care about at all is getting to the end of the game. I no longer care to explore and the resource gathering is just tedius and honestly not nesessary to playe at this point.

In summation, I would not recomend this game at such a high price as there are bugs that should not be in such a pricey game and there is not much bang for your buck as you can be bored of the game in several hours instead of the hundreds I expected to play it for. If you want a good game that has hours of fun and is very well polished I would suggest FortressCraft Evolved. I easily put 150 hours into it and could very easily put thousands. It only cost 15 dollars and the that has loads of new content is only an additional 15 dollars.

P.s This is a really fun game, but it is not worth 60 dollars at this point, perhaps with a year or more of polishing and developement it could be worth 60 dollars. The developers have done a great job being a small team and it is amazing, I just believe you set the price too high.

Update:
I would reccomend this game to others as there have been many updates that have improved the game greatly. The dev team has been great on updating the game with new tweaks and content and have brought new life to their creation. I support this game and I am very excited to see where the dev team takes it!

The multiplayer is very annoying as it will spawn others, who i would like to play with, thousands of blocks apart. There is no maker to indicate the direction of the other player even. Game is simply too difficult and the game lags a lot, and I have a beefy computer. Overall this game was dissapointing and I would not recomend it to anyone, especially if you intend to do multiplayer and expect to play with others in close proximity.
