Wtf did I just play?

10/10 Hardest game on the planet. Worth every penny and then some.
I played this game in its original Flash version, then on mobile, then on PSP, and now on my desktop.
This is easily one of the most addicitng and frustating games every made.
Definitely worth a buy.

At the time of writing this review, I have only played this game for 73 minutes. And let me tell you something about this game. It is insanely FUN and ADDICTIVE. This is easily one of the best indie game this year has seen. I had fifteen bucks to spend on a game and came across this gem. I had never heard of it, but I took a chance. And I have to say, everyone needs a copy of this game in their library. It is a necessity. I honestly don't know how I lived without this in my life before. This is a developer who had an idea, and not only did he have an idea, he had a GENIUS and ORIGINAL idea. I am so glad this game exists and I truly believe that it is REVOLUTIONARY, Its gameplay i amazing and feels like an old arena FPS with new smooth movements and a great twist on shooter gameplay. I can't say it enough times that everyone needs a copy of this game. I encourage everyone who comes across this game to throw their money at the screen and pick one up. Trust me, it's worth it.

If you are a fan of voxel shooters like Ace of Spades, Guncraft, or Paranautical activity, then look no further. Blockstorm is the an epic addition to the voxel shooter genre and is one you MUST PLAY. If you are fan of Ace of Spades, you are familiar with the immense customization that it offers. Blockstorm off even more in the sense of that, allowing you to customize the not just the look of your ENTIRE charater, but the maps as well. You can build, you can destroy, you can wreak havoc on other players. What more could you want from something like this? While, yes, it is still in development, for what it is right now, it is more than worth your money. This game is shaping up to be something INCREDIBLE (that's assuming it can even get more incredible than it already is). While the gameplay may feel slower than you are used to at first, one quickly gets used to it and can fully immerse themselves in something great. The game allows you to fully customize your loadouts as well, something AOS does not offer. Blockstorm even goes so far as to allow the player to create custom characters to go with the loadouts, and save them for later use. The fast paced action and strategy that goes into shaping the match to your advantage easily launches this game into the top 10 voxel shooters ever created. The game runs very quickly, even on older hardware, making this game accessible to everyone, even those without dedicated graphics! You don't need fancy gaming computer to play this, making it extremely accesible to anyone who wants to give it a shot. The movement is smooth, and the gameplay as a whole is even smoother. Not to mention an epic soundtrack!

All in all, I give this game a 9/10 and would recommend it to anyone who needs something to play. Keep in mind, I give it a 9/10 and it hasn't even finished development. In its current state, it beats out many of the other games of the same genre with ease, and only looks to be getting better. If you only have ten bucks to spare, and were wondering which game to choose, choose Blockstorm. You will not be dissapointed.
