It's great!! I'm having a ton of fun with it. Expands on everything from STS1 in all directions, and the new characters are super cool additions. Glad to have devs that aren't afraid to experiment and try new things while listening to their community.

Love it, love the community around it, and I've seen genuine improvement in my gameplay keeping up with things like the Voltaic and Viscose Benchmarks. The time I've put in has been well worth it.

Such a good, worthwhile product. This is the batting cage for getting better at baseball.
Look into Voltaic and watch Viscose's videos on aim training, both super helpful resources. Have fun!!

Somehow even better than the first which I already considered a 10/10.

Worth your time, the best roguelike to come out in a long long time. Pretty much since Hades 1 lmao.

This demo is super fun and the upgrades legitimately change how you play the game. Not many are just Stats like so many other roguelikes.

Give it a shot, get a gun that shoots bubbles and then explode every building in a mile radius with it.

Patapon lover here. This game is awesome and fun and while different in many areas than patapon, it's clearly its own thing. While there is some fine tuning to be done in many areas, I really think that with the early access they just announced that they can create something unique. This demo also has a surprising amount of progression, continually unlocking new upgrades for over 5 hours.

My main gripe is the presence of a timer during multiplayer with friends (and the inability to pause at all with multiplayer). I get with randoms, but why with friends?

I love it I'm super excited for the full release. Give it a shot!! Be vocal about feedback!!

AAA devs when you don't wanna turn on fake frames to play their unoptimized slop.

Game runs like trash and runs worse each and every patch.

I can see this being really awesome after some updates!! But definitely not now.
Big fan of their older stuff, so I was pumped for this!!

But with playing it, it's clear how much work they have ahead of them. High difficulty, little to no onboarding, systems that feel really weirdly designed, a gameplay loop that became tedious quick. This game needs a bunch more time in the oven. It lacks a lot of the vision, tightness, fluidity, and memorable gameplay that I'm sure many are looking for in a Heart Machine game.

Unless you have two buddies willing to play with you, I'd skip out until a few updates.
