Its good, but its not great. Out of all the space games of this type, probably the best. The problem I have with NMS is that theres so many unique features, but theres hardly any depth to any of them; I feel like im always doing more research on how to play the game than actually playing the game; And, it feels like theres no direction to the game. Theres quests and whatnot, but it just feels like theres nothing that, especially for a somewhat sandbox game, I can look at and say "I want to go and do/complete/accomplish/build" that. For stuff I do want to do, the game doesnt provide a clear way on how to do that.

Ever heard of Skyrim? Yea, it sucks after playing this game. Witcher 3 is that good.

Just a great social non-competitive game with some depth to it and lots of funny immature people

Overall good game, but not quite great (yet, at least). Servers are fixed. Gunplay and mechanics are good, but lacking. Both stealth and loud are more in depth in some heists, or really bland in others. Well worth the asking price, but not a dollar more until UI and quality of life are fixed.

Good game when it works. It doesnt always work. AMD R9 cards are not supported natively, which is curious because my R9 fury runs it fine when the game works. Give it time.

I've only 100 hours, but the game is best described as an accessible hard-core shooter, or a realistic arcade shooter. Its best compared to a modern, realistic, day of defeat, or if Mordhau was an FPS. If you're looking for a FPS game that doesn't have a huge competitive scene where everyone is a pro, but you still want a good multiplayer challenge, then this is the game for you. If you're coming from insurgency on source you'll feel right at home; If you're not, then you're in for a gamer shock.
-This game does take some initial commitment to get used to the gunplay, movement, and maps. but once you've learned the basic mechanics and are able to control the insane recoil, it become one of the most rewarding experiences. The lack of hud and information is very confusing at first, but with patience and determination that can all be solved. This being said, many aspect of the game do feel familiar, such as the objective system, classes, loadout menu, and
-The greatest part about insurgency is, and always has been, that you can play the game in whatever style you want. Your team has the same objective, but each class has certain roles and certain playstyles that fit their equipment best. If you are having a difficult time or want a change of pace, you can simply switch classes, and it almost as if you're playing a different match.
-The realism, and moreso the immersiveness the game provides is near un-parraleled. The game looks, feels, plays, and sounds amazing. Insurgency will really get you "in the zone" and have you pissing yourself as you duck under cover from rocket barrages, or have you on high alert as you realize you're not the only one on an objective.
-On top of all of this, there is no intrusive monetization scheme, New World Interactive are providing more free content, and the community is always a blast to play with.
-The big downsides of this game are the one-sided battles that can take place where it seems you're entire team doesn't understand what an objective is, and the time it takes to simply walk to where the combat is, by which time your character will be out of breath. Resupply waves could use a shot of adrenaline to get them to the front lines quicker

Overall the game is great fun, providing a refined hair raising experience if you're willing to suffer through the first 20 hours of getting owned as you learn the maps. Would definitely recommend, especially if you enjoyed DoD.

This Game Runs On The Good-Will And Reviews It Had From Its Initial Release. It Is No Longer The Same Game.
Rockstar does not care about their customers and I feel bad for the devs that work on this game. The SP is boring, unrewarding, and doesn't provide the previous games charm and experience. The multiplayer is just a bunch of avenues for monetization; it is impossible to enjoy without an extra $200 in shark cards (no exaggeration). In-Game currency is near impossible to obtain through gameplay, which is frustrating because so much of the game relies on the in game currency. The gunplay mechanics in this game are boring and make no sense. Every gamemode is poorly designed and gives the advantage to the player with the most in game currency to spend. The open world is impossible to play in without being harassed by hackers or those who have purchased over-powered vehicles that essentially make them as bad as hackers. The only fun part of this game is the vehicles; modding cars, showing them off, racing them. Even this is ruined by hackers who speedboost or use other means to stop you from racing. Every car that is fun to drive or gives you a fair advantage in races requires that you grind for at least a week; on top of this, modding the cars to make them competitive costs more than the cars themselves. The overall gameplay is hampered with excessively long loading times and frequent crashing experienced by everyone. On top of all of this the game is buggy, and the community is beyond toxic and immature. My game softlocks and crashes from the simplest actions such as entering a building. Theres also about a 50% chance when starting the game you are unable to get into the game; it'll often just leave you loading forever or stuck in a load-loup. These issues are not particular to me, everyone complains about them. Sometimes I don't play the game after load it up, simply because I cant join or i'm immediately greeted by a hacker or my game crashes trying to join a race. The upside of this game is that it can be a very fun experience when the game is uninterrupted by the above mentioned problems, however these come once in a blue moon. The real price tag of this game should be labeled as $300 because that about how much you'll have to spend to enjoy the game without grinding every minute of free time you have.

The game is great, it has fantastic gunplay, great graphics, alright controls, and insane level design. However i cant play the game half the time because when i join the game its always at the end of a match, and whenever the match ends i get kicked to the main menu. really wanted to enjoy this game

There isnt any possible way i could recomend this game. its not even worth $2 in my opinion, let alone 5. You will find better platformers on some random flash games website than this. There is nothing to this game that makesi t interesting, let alone unique. The mechanics are boring, the levels are small, movement is so hard and fast that it isnt any fun. ALl of the levels have absolutly no depth to them, its just jumping around and occasionally killing a few enemies. And going out of bound kills you? The game is litteraly double jumping a few times in the beggining of every level to figure out whats solid, and then the rest is a quick trip of a few jumps and thats it. And thats not to even mention the lack of settings, of which there are non. None! if youre thinking of buying this game, please just download a free NES emulator online and play super mario bros. i guarentee you it will be much more worth your time, and for no cost.
