Very beautiful game, has a degree of difficulty. need to restart game about every 3 hours as is slows greatly over time

Ive tried so much to enjoy this game but 30-60 minute load times for server to only crash after five to ten minutes is not fun. It used to work fine but recently got terrible, I wish honestly that i could get a refund because i cant see me ever playing this again.
