Early Access Review
This game is very good especially for it being in it's early stages, bug fixes get sent out quickly. However my main complaint right now is that the game outside of building feels a bit stale.
It's unfortunately getting more and more common for life sim games to feel dead outside of their building opportunities, and I certainly hope Paralives will see a day where the main focus doesn't seem to be creating but really living.
The world doesn't really do much, days are repetitive. Again, in it's early stage, so I really have big hope for this game but I hope the actual living part gets to be expanded more.

Completed this game in one sitting and wow... I am obsessed.
The atmosphere captures the 80's/90's really well and as a 90's kid it was very comforting to revisit what used to be my childhood. A lot of throwbacks in terms of what was being used then and the music accompanied you well on this trip down memory lane. Thank you for making this, we need this type of time capsule a lot nowadays in a world that's trying to move forward way too quickly ♥

I went in with little to no hope, but i'm glad I was wrong...
For the most part.

I'm glad we get to see the saga of Max and Chloe come to an ending we can make peace with, but this game has lost it's feel of "you have multiple decisions that lead to various endings". I've made myself push through the disappointment that was Double Exposure in hopes it'd make this game make more sense, but maybe it was better if I didn't. Your romance with Vinh/Amanda (if you chose to romance them) matters little to not at all, because the game will practically force PriceField upon you. Now it's a good thing I like PriceField and was planning on going down that path anyway, but I can understand how people who don't necessarily want to go for Chloe might experience this as something being forced down their throat. Which is never a good look in terms of something that should be completely optional.

Double Exposure ended with a 'tease' of Diamond potentially becoming more important in the follow up due to her experiencing nosebleeds similar to Max when she exerts her power, but unfortunately we don't get to see her at all. Which is not only a loss of a beloved character, but also a loss of an opportunity.

I enjoyed the game, sure. But I don't think i'll be replaying it any time soon for the 100% run because it feels very much like you can't stray far from the path the game needs you to take.
It's a good ending. But i'm not ecstatic.

But D9 has at least redeemed itself for the most part, in my opinion. Thanks guys.

Played through this in one sitting and already eager for more...
Love how it transitions between different artstyles and the story kept you eager to learn more as you figure more out.

Might want to add a small trigger warning onto the more 'dark' themes (Ash's specifically) but other than that I am sitting here already looking up if there's been more announced.

Can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some calibrations.

In all honesty, the game is "OK" if you can detach yourself completely from what you know about it's predecessors. Is it as good as the trilogy that came before it? Definitely not. However, to me it has it's own unique charm.
The main scenario feels rushed, sure, but the side quests make the game feel more alive.
I'm not a fan of the vaults (read: dungeons) or the whole 'command and conquer' type of system, but it definitely beats the material farming that had been my downfall in ME 2&3.
People unfamiliar with Mass Effect are safe to enter this one without any prior knowledge (though it would definitely help in terms of racial info and whatnot, but again, it might make you enjoy the game less like it did with me)

I guess I like it just a little 🙄
Definitely could still use some adjustments though regarding what's fair and what's not

This game simply didn't do it for me, not like Outlast 1 did.
Outlast 1 constantly kept me on the edge of my seat, this game did not have that effect. I actually was bored and the jumpscares were so predictable it was actually painful. Coming from someone who normally gets scared quickly, this didn't do it for me and if I had to exaggerate just how bored I was i'd say i'd be able to zone out while playing it. It doesn't hold my attention, the scares are not...scares. Just not my game.

It's LeviOHsa, not leviosar

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game. The only downside as of now is the extreme performance issues that happen during and after the game (really slows down my PC even after closing my game that only a restart seems to fix) but other than that it's so worth it and I don't regret a thing.
Really nostalgic.

I don't know. I might need more time to think about how I really feel about this game.
