The company, and by extension the game is a living manifestation of greed. If you have fun with the game you can be assured that Gaijin will remove that fun.

Thoroughly amazing game and is consistently good throughout the whole experience.

One of the few games where making a terrible choice often feels as rewarding as making a really good one.

Esoteric Ebb is an amazing rollercoaster of emotions, in one moment you're crying, the next you're laughing your ass off because your character said something exceptionally silly in a very serious moment and watch as the characters around become endeared to you and/or tolerate your sillyness. This relationship goes both ways, pretty much every major character in the game are very well written with a certain personality that makes you either love them or hate their guts. You get all of this on top of an amazing soundtrack that really does try to experiment and go against the grain of the usual high medieval fantasy RPG-music.

10/10 i need more

As a diehard fan whos played the games since release in february 2018. This has to be a really sad ending for the series and is a review thats difficult for me to write. But this DLC really isn't worth it. Im not sure how many hours of gameplay i got for the price of this but it is around 5 hours.

Thats it, 5 hours of gameplay and it introduces little else to the world at large, just some area you can teleport to every now and then and roam around, no extra side quests and really, TERRIBLE pacing which leaves me with a sense of indifference at the end of the dlc questline. Feeling no emotion towards any characters and finding many of the relationships odd and out of place.

It's obvious they had planned more for this release and it was supposed to be more fleshed out considering some parts of it, but i dont know what happened with that. This goes really for most of the DLCs for KCD2, for KCD1 i remember i had tons of fun with many hours of quests which felt replayable with different interesting endings and details and so on, meanwhile KCD2's DLCs have a distinct lack of content for me that leave me feeling dissatisfied and dissapointed.

KCD2 overall was of course a great game, however this DLC is just too underwhelming to give a thumbs up, it had great moments and especially the beginning was amazing and everything felt fine but towards the end everything just fell off a cliff.

After playing this game for 35 hours i can say with confidence that although the game has alot of potential, i cannot bring myself to actually recommend it especially now that its out of early access. Gameplay inconsistencies, plotholes, scaling and balancing issues, general worldbuilding is all rife with issues. In my playthrough i played with the setting that adapts your enemies to how far you've come in the game, i believe this was a mistake however i really dislike that gaming trope where enemies get harder or easer to beat based on the region you find yourself in as it is extremely immersion-breaking for me, however the adaptive mode seems to be done so absolutely god-awful that any sense of progression is thrown out the window once you get powerful enough. If you want a hardcore game that sets you in an engaging world as a mercenary band go play Battle brothers.

Doesn't connect to new world services, tried looking up how to fix this problem even but nothing works.
