Really enjoyed the puzzles. May not be your cup of tea if you aren't religious (Christianity). Recommend knowledge of older words and the uses of 'thine' and 'thou'.

Way more content than you think. It definitely keeps you busy.

Barely works (NPCs get caught on things and therefore do not work out, eat, or do anything whatsoever, and then blame you for not meeting their goals) and you just sit around doing nothing most of the time. Zero dopamine, doesn't make me feel productive or accomplished.

I don't even like platformers but this is charming and I love it. I also unironically adore Sonic's minigame dance and the fishing. Excuse me as I take it on Easy Mode and bust out laughing whenever I get one-stomped by a large boi.

It's great to be sassed by a voice in my head that isn't my own for once!

Rusty nails are worth a whole $1, actual gold pendants are worth only $20, and someone left the tops of their coke cans on my supposedly forgotten and deserted isle. A bunch of archaeologists asked me to take pictures of things they'd already taken pictures of. Some shady guy kept talking to me about an inheritance I knew nothing about and then sent me to a place with two dead bodies, which I apparently didn't feel the need to report to Mediterranean authorities. 7/10

I never enjoy having to give a thumbs down - especially for something I was having fun with - but here we are. I like Sims, even the somewhat monotonous ones where you do the same thing over and over, so the gameplay itself was fine. Everything is broken, however. The wheels trying to escape the cars are funny, and getting trapped behind the guardrails is probably my own fault...but being unable to use the Fine command kind of breaks the game. Additionally, I managed to soft lock my Free Play indefinitely by getting 104% chaos, and whenever I restart it stays there and tells me I'm still causing too much chaos, whereupon it resets back to 104% and does it again.
I understand that there is a second game, but it's hard to be interested when the first one isn't even a complete game itself.
