This is the first game, in a very long time that actually managed to keep my attention for hours upon hours (the last one being Skyrim when that came out), soundtrack is made of nothing but bangers, guns are nothing groundbreaking but there are a couple unique quirks, you can play full stealth, hackerman, or shoot all the things. My only complaints, all be it small, are the driving, specifically the brakes on cars, and the fact that the minimap doesn't zoom out while driving so you almost always go screaming past the turn your suppose to make while following the gps.

I played the game right when it came out, and never had any issues with performance, or bugs other than a few visual ones but I am also on near top of the line hardware so mileage may vary but recent optimization patches have helped. All in all, I think its a great game, and as long as you stay away from consoles you should have a mostly good experience.
