Speaking as a hardcore fan of the original and someone who got every pre-order bonus for the sequel, it's... okay. It contains many quality of life improvements and gameplay enhancements over the original, but sacrifices style, storytelling, and most importantly, sauce. It is sauceless. This game simply does not have the personality and charm that made the original a cult classic.

Look, maybe im just obsessed with potions and alchemy, but i've beaten this game twice and gotten every achievement. It's rly good, the potion crafting system is the best in any game i've ever played and i have played many games with various crafting systems, this one's the best

This may be the most underrated game in the Borderlands franchise, and yet also one of the best. Also, Claptastic Voyage may be one of the best add-ons as well.
