Early Access Review
Striden is genuinely a fun and promising game - it just desperately needs more players.

here’s the deal: the core gameplay is fun, the mechanics are creative, and you can clearly see the potential. But right now, the biggest issue holding it back isn’t bugs or balance, it’s the low player count.

This is a game that thrives with full lobbies. Without them, it’s hard to experience Striden as intended. It’s a shame to see early negative reviews from players who barely engaged with it or didn’t grasp the mechanics. Yes, it’s Early Access, and it still needs polish - but what’s here already works, and it’s fun.

If you’re on the fence, I’d say: grab a couple friends, give it a try, and help it grow. This could be a great game, it just needs a player base to match.

Early Access Review
Finaly Bodycam has been released into early access, a phase often met with skepticism due to past experiences with abandoned projects. It's important to note that the release of Bodycam came in response to player demand for a playable version, not as a finished product.

The game offers refreshing core mechanics that set it apart from other shooters, showcasing its potential. As enthusiasts, we should understand that the developers behind Bodycam are not backed by a AAA studio's resources. They require time to refine and expand the game, relying on community support and feedback to shape its future.

Given its early state, I urge players to recognize Bodycam for what it is and what it could become, rather than what it currently lacks. Following the dev process you can tell this isn’t just another cash grab title; it’s a passion project. There is room to grow, but it is providing an extremely fun and satisfying shooting experience even in its current state.

I've played many games over the years, but Rust is by far my favorite. It immerses you in a world filled with complex systems to explore and discover, where the limits are set only by your abilities and imagination. The dedication of the development team is unmatched—they continue to improve the game in ways that most other studios don’t. Facepunch has truly created something special, and knowing I can boot up the game on the first Thursday of every month for a new content update has kept me coming back for nearly a decade. While the learning curve is steep and the game can be extremely frustrating at times, it has given me some of the most rewarding gaming memories I’ve ever experienced.
