Has potential to be a really great Co-op game with friends. There's certainly enough content here as of now to justify the $10 purchase. Hopefully the developers stick with this game and flesh it out into something really great- as the foundation they have right now is a good start.

EDIT: Patch 3.0 introduced performance issues related to stuttering for some reason and some of the colors used for customizing your space marine just no longer work on certain pieces?... Hopefully will be fixed soon.

EDIT: Playstation/Sony doesn't require you to have you link your PSN account to play sony games on PC...Until now you do, because ♥♥♥♥ you.

Sony wants those PSN numbers up for their shareholders meeting and so they can sell more data, so how we gonna do it? By making Helldivers 2 have a mandatory PSN account now. Yeah before it was optional, but now? ♥♥♥♥ you.

EDIT3-2024: Arrowhead's lack of interest in retaining any sort of fun features in favor of balancing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PVE game is definitely a interesting call. 400k+ players down to around 18k now. Insane.

EDIT4-Dec2024: They fixed the balacne of the game, introduced fun elements back, and also made weapons viable again instead of nerfing them into the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ground- topple that with them adding Illuminate, vehicles, and urban environments all in one patch?! They cooked.

Good lord the hand movements need to be on point 100% of all time or you literally can't do anything. Not fun in the slightest unless you're a very attentive or dexterous person.

I watched a man get grabbed by Bright Eyes and dragged into a pitch black hallway while a Christmas song was playing over the radio.

10/10 game.

Playing this game reminded me why I ever began playing games in the first place. The story is fantastic and the gameplay is fun and engaging for someone who's always struggled to try and finish out RPGs. It's truly like finding a diamond at the bottom of a trench filled with nothing but muck and grime. The only terrible thing about this game is knowing there may not ever be anything like it ever again in the foreseeable future with how the gaming industry is. Larian has moved on and I wish them the best of luck- and hope that whatever they do next they bring the same amount of care they put into this game.

Baldur's Gate 3 is a 10 out of 10, no doubt about it. Get it at full price. It's well worth over hundreds of hours.

Was gonna play this at some point until I see that they installed spyware in the latest patch.
