THE long awaited sequel to one of my personal favorite childhood games of the PS2 era. By no means a masterpiece, but it's an absolute blast of dumb fun and fan service. Can't wait until we get the modern equivalent of those fan-made transformation mod videos with early 2000s numetal/rock music for this game.

A classic zombie-themed cooperative FPS that is a staple to the free-to-play section on Steam. Although there isn't as many people as there used to be playing this game, you'll always find servers with people. I recommend giving this one a try, especially to those who are newer to the PC landscape and have no money for games yet, or if you're just dirt broke.

Furi is a pretty unique hybrid. It's a bullet hell fighting game that manages to be simplistic, yet engaging in both areas. It's a game that you can find yourself picking up and playing easily, but this game is still pretty damn difficult if you want it to be. I personally never beat the game on its hardest difficulty after beating it the first time, but I did give it a try with a few bosses, and damn, it's a pretty stark contrast. That's where the beauty of this game lies in my opinion and reminds me of my time playing Hotline Miami, as that game also kicked my ass like this one, but in a good way. This game teaches you about adaptation and reaction times very well, as you go through each boss one by one, and the best part about each boss is that they all provide a unique challenge for you to overcome. Every boss has it's own gimmick that you must learn to understand or else you will suffer as a result. That formula of learn, dying, and retrying is addictive as hell, and its pretty easy to end up becoming immersed in the mentality of "Just one more try" before you realize you've been fighting the same boss for over 2 hours, and it's already almost 1 am. There is also a story to this game if you're interested, but I personally didn't care much about it, so I can't say anything in that regard, but I can speak for the soundtrack of this game, and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If I had to rate this game on the soundtrack alone, it would already be a 10/10 in my book, but luckily the game itself also holds up as well as the soundtrack, so you end up with a perfect symphony to the eyes and ears once you get into the feel of things. Please buy this game if you're even slightly interested, because trust me, it's worth it and you'll end up with a unique experience that you only usually get once in a blue moon.

I nominated this game for a Steam award because I just think it's that freaking good and I want the badge.

Note: I got this this game for free, however I will look at this game as if I did purchase it for $5.

Pros:
- Lots of fun, unique, and weird weapons to play with
- Lots of replayability
- Game runs well (Then again, it should considering the graphics)
- Game took me around 8 hours to beat the game, meaning that it is good value for the price
- Maps are definitely on the weird (But fun) and unique side
- Many unique modifiers (AKA pills) to change up each playthrough

Cons:
- The Fog level
- Very straightforward and not much side content on offer (Only side content worth mentioning is an endless mode and boss rush)
- Had a couple of crashes and a bug where an enemy was stuck, and I could not kill him, making me have to restart my run over again
- Game can hurt your eyes a bit when getting later into the game (Personal issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning)

Final Thoughts: The game offers a weird, but fun variety of weapons, maps, bosses, and modifiers to try out, making for a fun rogue-lite experience. For the price, I would definitely recommend this game for those looking for another quirky little rogue-lite game to play for a weekend or two.

I'm not gonna lie, I've played so much of this game (Xbox 360 and PC) that I've grown to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate how tedious and repetitive it can be, but I cannot lie and say that I don't reccomend this game. Borderlands 2 is basically an MMO-like RPG looter shooter, without it actually being an MMO, but instead, a 4-player cooperative game. It has 4 different and very diverse classes to choose from (6 if you bought the 2 extra character packs), and you essentially blast your way through a bunch of different areas, missions and enemies to get to the end goal of being max level, getting the best possible loot, and RAID BOSSES. There really is not much else to say about this game, as it is pretty easy for you to determine if you will like this game or not based on gameplay footage, and everything I just told you, and honestly, if you thought about getting this game, chances are you probably are going to buy it, or already have it.

It's a fine, repetitive time sink that you will most likely enjoy with friends/random people, or by yourself if you have no friends (Like myself 9 times out of 10). If I had to give this game a subjective review score, then I would give it an 8/10.

P.S: If you haven't bought the game yet, but want to, I'd reccomend you buy the GOTY (Game of the year) edition, along with the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2. Buying all of the little festive packs are perfectly fine to do, but they are not as required as the Upgrade Pack.

TL;DR: You like repetitive time sinks that are very fun to play with friends? Buy the damn game. 8/10

DISCLAIMER:
Do not let my hours an achievements fool you. I have played this game A LOT more on my Xbox 360, and even beat all 4 campaigns on professional difficulty, so I have spent more then enough time with this game.

Introduction To Review:
After playing through this game for WAY longer then I should have on PC and Xbox 360, I find this game to be a long, boring mess that no one should buy. There are VERY few redeemable qualities about this game, but they are definitely not enough to offset the downsides in any way.

Pros (There's not that many) :
-Mercenaries mode is fun
-I personally enjoy the combat in this game
-The game does not have too many bugs and is playable I guess?

Cons:
-Have fun with the controls on a keyboard & mouse
-The overall story is relatively boring, having no tension whatsoever
-None of the campaigns are much fun at all (Leon's is the best, and it's still very mediocre)
-This game is filled to the brim with quick time events
-There's not much of a reason to play co-op (Unless you're on No Mercy) when your A.I partner cannot die, and there's an ability where your A.I partner has unlimited healing when you're down
-There's no ability to change your guns like in previous Resident Evil games (You're stuck with whatever guns you gather in story mode)
-They took out the system of having every character have unique melee attacks like in Resident Evil 5
-I will always prefer upgrading individual guns like in Resident Evil 5 & Revelations over upgrading your character as a whole like in this game
-If you want horror in your Resident Evil game, you will only find a few cheap jumpscares at the most in this game
-Almost everything except the main characters and most of the enemies look bad
-Did I mention how boring the overall story is? Because it is

TL;DR: If you want to play a Resident Evil co-op game with your friend, go play Resident Evil 5 or something
