Early Access Review
Have played about 20 hours across multiple characters so far. Really enjoy the modifiers for all abilities, even the basic attack. I appreciate the extra skill required with dodging and barriers compared with the first game. Would be nice with future masteries to have some more options for tank builds with less damage though. Most complaints seem to be due to low performance on UE5 with older or slower hardware, as well as people unhappy with some gameplay enhancements compared to the original game such as potions using charges, and the previously mentioned dodging and barriers. If anything I hope that there are even harder difficulty sections added, currently is very fun, but could do with a bit more challenge for some high skill players (other than simply toggling hardcore).

The best ARPG I have ever played and the most nostalgic of all in years. Whilst I say it is nostalgic it is also fresh.

Owners of the original Planetary Annihilation are likely to be stubborn in purchasing this new expansion due to the many promises made during the kickstarter campaign, many of which were unfulfilled in the original game, and have been kept for this expansion. However at 66% off it is a great deal considering you get:

- many new units to fill the gaps left by original unit cast;
- titans which allow for interesting mid-late game combat that largely overcomes the major stalemates that came with planet camping;
- the ability to have choke points and other advanced map generation features (really should be added to the base game);
- actual space battles due to a roster of new orbital units.

Like with the original release, if your PC has a fast quad core (3GHz or higher) and at least 8GB of RAM, you will be able to play medium sized games on a dedicated server. Hosting your own game requires much more processing power and memory capacity.

If you have a PC capable of larger maps and enjoy a bit of chaos, you will find that PA Titans is one of the most rewarding RTS games available.

Terrible, bad mouse support, gamepad support is not good either. The developers do not respond to any feedback or troubles and no patches have been made to fix the issues with mice. Do NOT buy.

Can't go wrong. Very thought out game design, artwork, music all simple to make a darn good game. I haven't played much of it and have only gotten to Line 2 or whatever it's called but it is pretty challenging and makes you want to keep at it. Very much would recommend it even at the $2.99 normal price but its a definite pickup for $0.59.
