I convinced my bestie to play this with some silly mods, and turns out not only is this game really fun, but a good place to meet new people, however i will say please steer clear of people with high infamy ranks if you play online, as they are way too competitive in a causal players eyes.

Base game is fun, but if you can get the DLC's, do so, it makes the game way more fun.

The game itself isn't bad, you can play the game without DLC and still have a good time, but if you are looking for a lot more exotics and some more fun classes, I'd highly recommend you buy the DLC from other sources instead of steam itself, you can get most of them for like 4-5 bucks each and some of the recent DLC cheaper than the 70 bucks you would be splashing on one DLC alone.

Overall a fun shooter, good story, and can be really in depth depending on how you play and if you avoid the people complaining with meta builds.

This game is a literal addiction to some. they refuse to get off and go hangout with their irl friends and go touch grass. 85% of the community is screaming 7 year old and people who do extremely bad things we will not speak of. With the introduction of credits, they made the game free to play with limitations. you now have to cough up the valuable green paper to get to some world. congrats vrc, you made your game a pay 2 play. and now they have spyware in the game that tracks all movements. this game went from loved by tons to hated because of the changes.
