Don't get me wrong, I really do like this game's story, gameplay, soundtrack and atmosphere, it's all fantastic. The biggest issue for me is actually trying to play it, every time I start the game I have to fight through either corrupted files, crashes on start up, "error: this program wasn't made for your hardware", or whatever other reason this game gives me for why I'm not allowed to play this 100 dollar game where I live. Last night I got it to work find for an hour or so when I finally got to the kitchen section but then the game started freezing (about 5 times in a row for 15-20 seconds at a time), and then after it stopped all the textures were black and I was trapped in a void with no idea where anything was, all this even after nuking the specs to minimum. I've been trying to play this game, but so far the hardest boss has been actually playing the game itself. Hopefully the game gets fixed in the long run

This is a once in a decade kind of game, no not even that, it's a once in a life time masterpiece, a true form of art. It's filled from top to bottom with style, substance, and charm. Everywhere you look you can feel the absolute passion from everyone working on it, from the writing to the music to the art style to the voice acting to the gameplay, this is the kind of experience you can't get from many other games. Even of you aren't a fan of turn based combat, I beg you to at least give it a shot, coming from someone who never really liked turn based games outside of a handful, you're doing yourself a disservice by passing this one up, you wont't regret it.

Thank you Sandfall Interactive for making my favorite game of all time, can't wait to see what comes next.

All in all, DOOM: The Dark Ages is a serviceable experience, if you are a fan of DOOM you will probably be able to tolerate it or enjoy it, but if you are more of a fan of the breakneck speed of DOOM: Eternal then you might want to sit this one out or wait for a sale. Personally this is by far my least fav of the new trilogy, I found the story to be poorly written and even confusing at times, the gameplay to be too slow and sluggish, the level design to be good for the most part except for open levels which I hated the most, and the new version of the Berserk power up real bummed me out. The cutscenes are pretty cool looking but what they are saying in them I really didn't like. TLDR, gameplay: tolerable, story: pretty rough, level design: good/pretty bad, Commander Thira: hot, price: not worth the 100+ dollars I spend for the Deluxe Edition

While the story, characters and writing are not as relatable or as powerful as It Takes Two, Split Fiction makes up for it with the most jaw dropping visuals, mechanics and levels in recent video games. Every level brings brand new mechanics that all feel varied and impactful from each other, but they tend to drag on for sometimes too long, while It Takes Two always felt fresh and new at ever second of every level. They also have the side stories which serve as nice pallet cleansers, while I didn't enjoy them as much as the mini games in It Takes Two, all of them are high quality and great interludes from the main levels (Moon Market, Slopes of War and Birthday Cake are personal favs of mine). It also has one of if not the best finale in video game history imo, nothing in any video game I've played before has ever been able to touch the creativity and fun of that final level. This game is a must play 100%

I'm conflicted on this one, on the surface I appreciate the short play time and the art style, but on the other hand the dialogue and the story is something I didn't enjoy very much after the first hour. Regardless I was enjoying this game up until I wanted to replay it to pick a different choice and I realised how little choice you really have. The best way I can describe this is if you've ever played an extremely railroaded DnD campaign, this game feels exactly like that. The twists at first caught me by surprise but after the first few they became kind of annoying. I would say, play this though only once then replay DDLC.

Alright after careful reconsideration, Final Shape is by far the best DLC Bungie has ever made. Those 10 years were worth it for this

Honestly I really enjoyed this one, it's got great art, great music, and I really like a lot of the characters personal struggles you get to learn from just talking to them. Every girl has they own unique music track to fit with their personality and they all have interesting designs (Asche clearly being the best). My one complaint is that the Steam trailer is very misleading, the characters are fully voiced in the trailer leaving some (like myself) to go in under the assumption that the game is fully voiced when it's not, but honestly after reading all the dialogue I think it's better off with no voices, some would tend to get annoying on repeated playthroughs. For it's price it's 100% worth a buy if you like visual novels and/or dating sims

I can power wash things during class instead of paying attention to the classes that will effect the rest of my life. 100/10 would recommend again
