one of the best RTS games i have played, slower pace allows for strategic choices and map control to be the big factor in winning matches, while micro is still needed and rewarded, strategy is the main focus as opposed to other fast paced RTSs.

the Civilizations and history theme is done wonderfully, the devs continue to take historical facts about empires and nations and adapt them into functioning gameplay mechanics ( like knight's templar pilgrims ), There is alot of single player content for those who desire it, with HD cutscenes and voiced over battles for the history enthusiasts.

overall a solid game and a one of the best RTSs i have played

The only issue I encountered with this game is basically fullscreen mode getting bordered at times (which I just swapped it to window mode and then back to fullscreen to immediately fix it) during 16 hrs that was the only problem, I don't normally review but I just felt that the bad reviews of people having problems are just a minority and I wanted to show that for me it was working perfectly.
Great F****** game

i havent played much yet but as a tales fan i can assure you this game has the same quality you find in other tales games ,the battle system can use some fixes and it is a little wanky to say the least ,
the game has many similarities to berseria except that berseria is superior in every way specially the battle system ,
the story is top notch and the quests seem engaging and fun
