Hades 2 is an amazing sequel with a beautiful story and interesting characters. If you love the first one then this gives even more with the ability to choose between two paths to go through and the addition of charged attacks and magic resource. Hades 2 is trully a masterpiece!

TLDR: Not for casual players. Toxic Community. Not balanced with player skills. Still full of bugs after many years. Not recommended.

This game is anti-noob grindfest. Casual players beware. This is not a game for you. Only no-life try hard gamers play this game. Unfriendly over competitive egotist will flame you to the death. If you go to any forums and ask for advice, you also get blamed for not knowing the game and people will call you bad at it and call you names. The game makes you play with bots first so you feel good playing it then as you go in higher tiers, you get queued with no life players who only play this game their whole life, thus the anti-noob aspect, or cheaters that no one cares about because when reporting them nothing ever happens. There is also no balance in the matchmaking and the "balance" that you get is the tier level of the vehicle you use, not the skill of the players themselves so you get a large mix of players in every match. The grind is the worst part because at higher tier it is almost impossible to gain the game's currency as you would need at least 2 kills for getting you vehicle destroyed in value. This means that for every vehicle that you use that gets destroyed, you need 2 kills to get it repaired. They really wanted you to play more to play the good vehicles. There is also bugs and bad gameplay mechanics and the list goes on. Find another tank game or wait for some company to make a game that can solve this games problems. I do not recommend.

At the start it has a good premise for a game but after playing for a long time, it is just a cash grab of a gacha game that forces you to pull for characters. How unfortunate for games to become something like this. Hope other gaming developers DONT follow. I wish for this game's early EOS so that they could move on with other more important projects and not to be stuck in this game for a long time.

Turn back newcomer! There are other substitutes that could be more enjoyable. Believe this old timer who played the game while the mercy mass revive was on every play of the game.

If you are new to the genre i suggest another game. If you are extremely competitive to the point of perfectionism then go ahead.

Play for nostalgia. Otherwise, don't.
