Only managed to play the tutorial since multiplayer is literally unplayable (failed to connect to server on every server no matter the pop, location, mode, ping, etc.) and to be honest, the game looks worse than Arma 3. Weird rendering bugs, missing animations, choppy camera, blurry textures even when running on ultra settings. Also seems to only have a limited number of vehicles and weapons from what I could gather in the game master mode (that I loaded in single player since I couldn't join any servers for it), but this is less of an issue for an early access, community (workshop) driven game like this seems to be.

There is also some concern about them wanting to port the game over to consoles and in the process, mechanics being dumbed down to be able to work for them. Arma is a fairly complex game and I can see this being quite detrimental.

Definitely hold off on this for a while. This game was designed to be heavily modded and played more so in a D&D style (aka they want us to make the content for them) but right now its simply not playable at all.

Surprisingly great, definitely not the game I thought was going to be the star of 2021. Crisp gunplay, good performance, only real con for me is the progression/unlock system (or lack there of one in some cases). Please take some notes from Reach!

A prime example of sound design done correctly

Risk of Rain 2 is a great game with loads of potential. At the time of writing this review, the game has gotten a bit stale for me. The major downside for me is that when I lose a run, 90% of the time its because I'm zoning out and make a careless mistake because the game gets to a point where you are just mindlessly evading and attacking enemies with no end in sight. The game is still great fun and I would recommend it to others, but I still think it needs that little extra kick to make it more entertaining in the later stages of the game.

I feel like I'm obligated to write a review for this game at this point. CS:GO is a great competitive game (mediocre casual) with a large skill group difference between players making it extremely rewarding to improve and take your game to the next step. What CS:GO lacks is attention from Valve. They refuse to fix many problems in the game and take community feedback, instead they just push out new skins. If Valve payed the same amount of attention to this game as they do with lets say DOTA 2, this would easily be the best competitive game in the world in my opinion. Still love the game and have been playing for years. If you like to get competitive and grind to improve on your performance this is the game for you.

Although the game still doesn't get the attention it deserves from the devs, I have to say that they have been much more responsive to certain issues and have been pushing out updates to help some problems. The new Trust Factor system that was implemented is a step in the right direction for dealing with smurfs and cheaters.

How does one write a review about something that is so hard to grasp by the human mind. The answer is clear, you do not. I cannot tell you about what the mountain offers, but I can tell you what I have learned from its all knowing power. I have learned that staring at a mountain rotate slowly while the seasons change and sad Piano music is produced, is utterly horrifying and demonic. Please run while you can before it consumes you too!

I join my 2nd game or so, and I have named myself Murica. I spawn close to a river and see oil. I quickly go to start harvesting the oil, As I am harvesting, I notice a giant tax on what I am gaining. I look to see who is in charge and what the realm is and what do you know. Isis is the Realms name and their taxing Muricas oil. So i quickly gathered a rebel army and de-throned the Isis leader. 10/10 Muricans would oil again.

Well on top of this game being incredibly fun to play, it has something that I think we can all agree is worth the buy. This something that I am talking about is the ability to twerk to my enemies as they try to murder me and take my blackberry's. Honestly though this game is worth the money and has a lot of cool features to begin with (Still early access), and still has many more to come. If you are still not sure you want to buy the game then wait for it to become F2P. Don't just buy the game and complain about bugs (EA people).

Not only does this game have an amazing story, interesting characters, challenging events, and a free roam aspect that makes anything seem possible, it also has an immense amount of replay ability. The trailers and screenshots do not lie about this game. The world is huge and has many places to explore and having captains and monsters roaming around the map makes exploring a bit more exciting. Along with side missions, there are artifacts and other cool things you have to find around the world. This game is a solid 9/10 in my opinion!

4/18/2014 - 7 Days To Die has grown so well and has so much more potential ahead of it. Now, I hate to say a game has potential, because 9/10 times, it fails horribly. 7DTD however has done nothing but do as the devs have promised us. It is a great game (even in its Alpha stage). The developers actually listen to their communities feedback and use that to improve the game. I backed this game on kickstarter way before the release and I just have to say how amazing it has been to watch it all develop and I can't wait to see all new things that are introduced. This game is 10/10 in my opinion!
