Since I deleted it before the update to the workshop, it should be in the garrysmod/addons folder as a .GMA file, if it's not there then you don't have it, good luck on your search doe, I always give permission to reupload addons I deleted.

Sorry, I only recently started saving the source files of my projects, your best hope is finding someone who subscribed to it and didn't clean his Gmod folder, maybe even you have it.
