INGREDIENTES
1 peru de 4 a 5 kg
1 cebola grande
1 lata de cerveja
1 colher de chá de açafrão
3 dentes de alho
4 colheres de sopa de óleo
MODO DE PREPARO
• Descongele o peru com um dia de antecedência.
• Bata, no liquidificador, a cebola, o alho e o óleo.
• Junte a cerveja e o açafrão.
• Tempere o peru, deixando-o marinando por 5 horas.
• Leve ao forno (180 ºC), coberto com papel alumínio por cerca de 2 horas.
• Retire o papel alumínio e aumente a temperatura do forno até corar.
• Experimente essa delícia. Bom apetite.
