Simple, yet tough. Your troops scale from "disposable" to "overwhelming odds" in a steady ramp based on upgrades and strategy.

The game is a very cute take on fantasy and equal parts game and gallery, plus the rewards are simple, yet detailed and well-animated scenes of the fate of the gals. (I'd only wish the scenes had toggles themselves between the 4 states.)

Unfortunately, the gameplay and upgrade system is- what it is. if you're focusing on overwhelming the heroines the whole time, you've probably lost your nut from strategizing (and frustration) instead of getting hrny. It's a plain upgrade menu and simple visuals during battle; the only thing fueling your goblin is either corrective spite or the implications of how these battles happen. Definitely not impossible, but I mean forcing yourself to see "failed" at least 10 times in a row can be a lil disheartening, lol.

But, If you're anyone who enjoys the stylishly cute/horny pixel animation of BadColor, this was worth the "investment" of 3 dollars.

GANGBUSTA

Eerie and chilling. Fast and merciless. Everything is expected, but every spawn is different.
No hitscan. No reticle. Tight movement. Vivid sounds telegraph movement and position. Conserve enemy spawns to increase both opportunities to upgrade and become overwhelmed.
Fire a stream or a splatter of daggers to fend off the circling, chasing waves of skulls and tendrils to endure and earn a place in the leaderboards. Learn tricks from replays from yourself or other dagger holders from their point of view, or top-down.
Break the chattering sounds with a thump of daggers to gouge enemies. Their death and your upgrades screech to progress. Blood and meat chunks are sprayed to permanently stain the pit.

You will lose your light. You will drown in demons. How long can one life endure?

on top of fantastic characters
on top of a fun story
on top of quirky game mechanics.

Play this game, you'll have a bad time if you spoil yourself beforehand.

Tight controls, fast paced, but definitely not for scrubs. I loved it, even if my ass got handed to me regularly in beta.

The new update(s) have definitely put this game on a better place than what it's earned on Metacritic.
