There is still the addiction side affect with enough use... you can't stop... if you do... well you go through withdrawl... from what I have heard, it isn't fun! from my last statement the reason they are a "felony" is because even though the state(s) say "We think it should be legal!!! It is legal!!!" The federal side of the judical system says... "OH HELL NAH!"

EVEN THOUGH!!! Anphetamines are a type 2 narcotic... That means hospitals can use it... -_- ... and some opiets(Morphine) are also legal for a hospital to use... There is no safe way to use drugs...
