I initially loved this controller. It helped me deal with hand cramps I got from serving in the military. Unfortunately, I just can't recommend it in its current faulty state. I've owned 3 different controllers in the past 2 years, but each controller has had the exact same issue. After getting the hang of it, the software is amazing and allows full customization of any game. The controller's downfall is the hardware. There are 2 parts that WILL eventually break after about a year of casual use, the right and left shoulder bumpers. Each bumper is connected to a small, narrow piece of plastic which acts as a spring. This piece of plastic is extremely susceptible to breaking. The worst part is Valve doesn't sell individual parts to replace it when this occurs, forcing buyers outside of warranty to either
1. Buy a new controller.
2. Rig the extremely small, extremely fragile parts together to somehow work .
3. Buy a 3d printed version of the part from thingiverse which (although well intentioned) just doesn't fit measurement specifications.
I've gone all three of these routes with all 3 of my controllers and I give up. Buyer beware, it will eventually happen to you if you enjoy using this controller.
