"Rainbow capitalism" isn't a thing. We don't even live in capitalism, but socialism/interventionism/corporatism. The mafia, or "government" as most "people" call it, has control over currency (threatening people with violence if they don't conform to using their fiat money), regulations (threatening people with violence even if they do something that doesn't violate anyone's property rights), security (police), education (public government indoctrination), and so on. And the mafia subsidizes your so-called "rainbow capitalism" through theft (taxes) and the redistribution of these stolen goods (ESG-scores).
